First, an afternoon consert at La Riviera in Fredrikstad for

Later that evening, the band performed a number in a jubilee-show at
Folkets Hus in Sarpsborg.

For the second time, Bluemixx Bluesband entered the scene at Café KoM in Göteborg/Sweden, and again it was full house. An enthusiastic audience was served known and unknown blues songs. Standing applause and encores before Bluemixx Bluesband was alllowed to leave the scene.

Bluemixx at La RIviera in Fredrikstad
As usual a lot of people had found their way to La Riviera when Fredrikstad Blues and Jazz Club again invited to a concert with Bluemixx Bluesband. In spit of the absent of Reidun Stagre, who sadly was ill, the band delivered as usual heavy and funky blues. For the occasion, Jon Petter Hansen (from the band Kind Of Blue) played together with the band on his blues harp. The audience and the band had a good time this afternoon.

Bluemixx at Åmåls Blues Förening
in Sweden
In connection with music, Åmål’s Blues förening (ÅFB) in the small town Åmål is well known for arranging the biggest blues festival in Sweden. However, in between the festivals, ÅFB arrange single blues concerts. And this Saturday, Bluemixx Bluesband entered the scene of Örnäskrogen. It was good mood from the first note, and the audience seemed to enjoy the show.

It was full house when Bluemixx Bluesband entered the scene at restaurant La Riviera, the seventh concert for Fredrikstad Blues & Jazz Club. This time the band had chosen an acoustic profile on the concert, although this had no effect on the mood of the audience. The concert started with “Statesboro Blues”, and the show went on with both known and unknown blues songs. An enthusiastic audience clapped their hands and was singing along.
Comments from one of the audience: “… no need to go to New Orleans for listening to good blues, man…”

Bluemixx Blues Band visited Moss Blues Club on March the 28. and met a very nice audience which seemed to enjoy the music. This was a corporation concert with Dr. Blå (blues band) from Moss, which also closed the concert.

Blues evening at Glenghuset in Sarpsborg.
Almost sold out when
Dr. Blå
blues band from Moss opened the concert and delivered some really groovy
blues.
Bluemixx was second out, and closed the evening with a repertoire which contained blues, from the sensitive kind, to more groovy blues.
The audience was in a good mode, and the bands had to give several encores before they could leave the scene.

An enthusiastic audience was
presented a concert divided in three parts:
Torp Musikkorps startet the concert with four pieces music for band.
Then, Bluemixx continued with a couple of blues songs.
After the breake both Bluemixx and Torp Musikkorps entered the
scene, and music from the film Blues Brothers where played.
After the concert, the local paper Demokraten in
Fredrikstad wrote

A lot of people in good mood and a lot of sound when Bluemixx visited Røyken Blues Club.
The band had a great time.

It was hardly a seat free when Bluemixx entered the scene at Glenghuset, 11.00 pm. First song out was "Why I sing the blues", and the band continued with blues from Willy Dixon, John Hiatt, Walter Trout, Jimmy Hendrix and many, many more. Both the audience and the band had a good time.
After a couple of encores, the band left the stage at 02.00.

In spite of a few in the audience, it was much sound and power. However, the band delivered, and after about two hours and a few encores, the band left the stage.

A successful concert at Glenghuset for an almoust full house this afternoon. The blues music sounds good with aqoustic instrumets, and the audience really enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere.

Glenghuset in Sarpsborg
An enthusiastic audience, close to 80 persons, had found their way to Glenghuset in Sarpsborg this dark and windy evening, to see and hear Bluemixx. The band enter the stage approx. 10.00 pm., and started with well known blues songs such as Highway 49, Malted Milk, Red House, Road runner, Mercury Blues, Hey Joe, and many, many more. And the audience seemed to have a good time, and so did the band. The band played two sets, both of them for more than an hour. After two extras, the band left the scene at 01.30.
